Hydration for your body

A tip when shopping at the greengrocer

To choose the best honeydew melon, approach it and smell its scent. If it feels fresh, it is just right. If the scent is too strong, it may be overripe. The skin of the melon should be cream-colored.

A tip to preserve them at home

If your melon is ready to eat, store it in a cool, dry place. If it is unripe, leave it at room temperature for a few days.
